      This award celebrates an outstanding emerging talent in the UK residential property industry who has achieved an unusual level of impact or influence early in their career. They may have played a role in shaping the future of the residential sector or challenged the status quo with original thinking. Their role might involve development, investment, advisory, design, management or policy elements, though they must have a clear involvement in the residential sector.

      Eligibility

      This award is open to individuals who meet at least one of two restrictions:

      1. Aged 35 or under on the date of the awards entry deadline.

      2. 10 years’ or less in the residential property sector, on the date of the awards entry deadline. Entrants must have previously worked outside the property industry, for example in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods or academia. Please contact the organisers if you are unsure of your eligibility under this restriction.
