Choisanne is a real estate partner in Shoosmiths’ Living sector team and has a broad practice focusing on investment acquisitions and disposals and the development of residential-led commercial and mixed use schemes. She has particular experience in the acquisition and forward funding of BTR schemes and acts for a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from private and publicly listed property companies to investments funds, asset managers and high net worth individuals.
