Tina Qiu, a Director at PLP Architecture, leads the practice’s studio in Singapore and a growing portfolio of work in South-East Asia. She brings 12 years of expertise to designing and leading commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across the UK and internationally.
Throughout her work, Tina explores ways in which her projects can contribute to the urban realm in an environmentally positive way. Ongoing projects combine active placemaking with initiatives to save embodied carbon through material re-use, the use of hybrid timber structures, and increasing biodiversity.
Tina has led the design of projects such as Park Nova, a multi-award winning, biophilic, luxury residential tower under construction in Singapore. In the UK, she regenerated an existing building at into the home of Adidas’ flagship Oxford Street store.
