Mark is an Executive Director – Chairman of UK Residential (London) for CBRE, with a specific focus on the prime Central London market. After 35 years in property, Mark is regarded as a leading figure in London residential, with a wealth of experience and contacts. He works closely with the residential funding and development teams to create a truly integrated residential property service. The Residential Sales and Marketing team now comprises of 130 people in the UK, including the West End, Covent Garden, Canary Wharf offices. The team has a further 30 staff predominately based in Asia, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai and Dubai.

Sean Cook
Project Management Residential Sector

Sean leads the project management residential sector with over 20 years of experience in the construction and property industry, leading the development process from inception to completion.

As a senior member of the AECOM project management team and residential sector lead, Sean has held a number of senior client roles with some of London’s leading developers.

Working both as part of joint venture developers and contractors Sean has lead consultant teams from inception to completion ensuring the Project Vision, Product Brief and Quality aspirations are achieved.

Graeme Craig

Transport for London

Graeme joined Transport for London from Capita in 2004, initially to run the operation of the Congestion Charging scheme. Since 2012, Graeme has been responsible for commercialising TfL’s asset base across the capital.

Graeme manages TfL’s commercial media estate including Hello London, the largest outdoor advertising contract in the world, and Santander Cycles, the largest public sector sponsorship in the world. Graeme is also responsible for TfL’s commercial property estate, including 1,000 retail units. He has announced plans for TfL to develop 300 acres across London, building over 10,000 homes, half of which will be genuinely affordable.

Killian is the co-founder and majority shareholder of Mount Anvil. He is a multi-disciplined professional and has worked in the London property market since 1988.

John Lewis
Executive Director

John is an Executive Director at Peabody leading one of London's largest regeneration programmes which will position Thamesmead as London's New Town creating 20,000 new homes of all tenure types to help meet the Capital's housing needs.

Previously he spent 6 years as CEO of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, a self funded charitable organisation providing support services to maintain and enhance the world's first garden city.  John joined the Heritage Foundation from Milton Keynes Partnership, a subsidiary of the Homes and Communities Agency, where he was CEO responsible for the economic and housing growth of the new city.

Jackie Sadek

Jackie Sadek has 30 years’ experience in property development and urban regeneration, specializing in public-private sector partnerships.  Jackie is founder and Chief Executive of UK Regeneration (UKR), developing new models of housing delivery, currently seeking to regenerate a market town and bring forward 6,500 homes on a large scale site in Bedfordshire.  From 2014 to 2016 she was Adviser to Greg Clark, Minister for Cities and then Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.
